Peter Guobadia, a 53 year old United States of America deportee mentally challenged, has been rescued by the Edo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development.
Guobadia was found wandering along Airport Road in Benin City, the State Capital in a state of severe mental distress; and taking up its responsibility, the Ministry provided urgent medical care, and reunited him with the family.
