The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Edo State Chapter salute Christians in Nigeria particularly in the State, for yet another season of the commemoration of the crucifixion and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ; ‘Easter.’
Recalling the reasons for the season, the Party urged: solemn and reflective time, asking residents to embrace the enduring lessons of Easter by promoting peace, unity, tolerance, and mutual respect in the communities.
Adding; “As a people, we must continue to foster the spirit of togetherness and collective responsibility needed for the growth and development of our dear State.

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Edo State Chapter, extends warm Easter greetings to Christians across Edo State and indeed all Nigerians as we join the global Christian community in commemorating the death, burial, and glorious resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Easter is one of the most profound seasons in the Christian faith.
It is a sacred period that reminds us of the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesus Christ for the redemption of mankind and the triumph of light over darkness, hope over despair, and life over death.
The message of Easter continues to inspire humanity to live lives rooted in love, sacrifice, forgiveness, humility, and unwavering faith in God.
At this solemn and reflective time, we call on all residents of Edo State to embrace the enduring lessons of Easter by promoting peace, unity, tolerance, and mutual respect in our communities.
As a people, we must continue to foster the spirit of togetherness and collective responsibility needed for the growth and development of our dear State.
The APC Edo State Chapter also urges citizens to use this holy season as an opportunity to pray for peace, security, and sustained progress in Edo State and Nigeria as a whole.
It is our firm belief that through unity of purpose, responsible leadership, and the support of the people, our State will continue to witness meaningful development and prosperity.
We particularly commend the Christian faithful for their steadfast prayers and moral guidance, which remain invaluable to nation-building and social stability.
The values symbolized by Easter; sacrifice, renewal, hope, and victory should continue to guide our individual and collective actions.
As we celebrate the resurrection of Christ, may this season bring renewed hope to every family, strength to the weary, comfort to those in distress, and fresh opportunities for progress and success in every sphere of life.
